Thursday November 29, 2007 Public Budget Hearing, Special Town Meeting-7:00 pm Notice of Public Budget Hearing For Town of Walworth, Walworth County NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, November 29, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. at the Walworth Town Hall, N1301 Town Hall Road, Walworth, WI, a PUBLIC HEARING on the PROPOSED 2008 BUDGET for the Town of Walworth in Walworth County will be held. The proposed budget in detail is available for inspection at the meeting. NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF THE ELECTORS OF THE TOWN OF WALWORTH, WALWORTH COUNTY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, November 29, 2007, immediately following the completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed year 2008 Budget, which begins at 7:00 p.m. at the Walworth Town Hall, a Special Town Meeting of the electors, called pursuant to Section 60.12(1)(c) of the Wisconsin Statutes, by the Town Board for the following purpose will be held: 1) To approve total highway expenditures for 2008 pursuant to Section 82.03 of Wisconsin Statutes. 2) To approve the 2007 Town Tax Levy to be collected in 2008 pursuant to Section 60.10(1)(a) of Wisconsin Statutes.
