a) Nancy Russell, County Board Chair, discussion. b) Jerry and Ellen Dean proposed petition for variance (street and side yard), discussion and possible decision. c) Tena Stopple Estate/Mary Jordan proposed request to rezone (2) acres from A-1 to A-5 and Conditional Use to build a house, discussion and possible decision. d) Alliant Energy proposed 3 phase electrical lines/poles (Corner of Hwy 67 & F, West on N. Walworth Road, discussion and possible decision. e) Aurora University (William B. Gage, App.) Rezone approximately 65.75 acres of A-1 Prime Agricultural Land District to A-2 Agricultural Land District, A-4 Agricultural Related Manufacturing, Warehousing and Marketing District and B-4 Highway Business District. Applicant is also requesting conditional use approval related to proposed rezone, discussion and possible decision.

f) Joe Abell and Larry Austin will be arranging a time together to visit Wendeberg Property located at W6268 Hwy 67, Walworth and talk with the owner, discussion and possible decision.
