2010 SEAL COAT SURFACING

1. Specifications will meet the 2010 Wisconsin DOT Standard 2. Asphalt Material: HFRS-2 Emulsion Liquid Asphalt @ .40 per square yard. 3. Cover Aggregate: 3/8” Fractured Pea Stone @ 24 pounds per square yard. 4. Roads to be Seal Coated: Bid# 110 WILLOW BEND ROAD (HWY 67 TO TOWN HALL ROAD)

2010 ROAD JOBS

Bid# 118 WILLOW BEND ROAD, FROST BOIL AREA BY STOP SIGN: Dig out frost boil area, install 12” of 3” Limestone Base. Install 4” compacted asphalt pavement. Bid# 119 BRICK CHURCH ROAD: Sweep pavement, scrape off chunks, install a 3” asphalt wedge over the broken up area of the roadway located west of the church.

Bid# 120 SIX CORNERS ROAD (FROM NEWER ASPHALTSOUTH TO HWY 14): Mill butt joints, apply a tack coat, install an asphalt edge and overlay totaling 3” in depth. Install 2’ gravel shoulders.

Bid# 121 STATE LINE ROAD: Remove and replace culvert# 19905. Culvert to be 40 ft CMP with 1 endwall. Asphalt pave culvert trench and wrap sides with asphalt.

Bid# 122 RIDGE ROAD: Dig out two spots. Install a 12” Limestone base in the spots. Install a two course 3” asphalt pavement from the newer asphalt to the area before the telephone pole.

Bid# 123 RIDGE ROAD: Install a 2 ½” asphalt wedge over the north side potholed area and a 3” asphalt pavement over the area after the pipeline patch. Chunks to be scraped out.

Bid# 124 SIX CORNERS ROAD ( SOUTH of BELOIT ROAD): Wedge two areas.

Bid# 125 WILLOW BEND ROAD Wedging: Apply a tack coat, install a 2 ½” to 3” asphalt wedge. Bid# 125 A: Wedge roadway 90 ft. from dig out area. Bid# 125 B: Wedge area of roadway west of stop signs by the trees. Bid# 125 C: Wedge north roadway area, approx. 75 ft. each. Bid# 125 D: Wedge two edges of roadway, approx. 75 ft. each. Bid# 125 E: Wedge roadway areas by the corner of the roadway. Bid# 125 F: Wedge east of #6868, north side of roadway approx. 161 ft. Bid# 125 G: Wedge roadway in front of #6868 on north side. Bid# 125 H: Wedge from #6977 to the east roadway. Bid# 125 I: Wedge from #6977 to Hwy 14 Right of Way the north edge of road.
