1. Chairperson Voss called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. She verified with Tami Martin, Clerk, the notices were posted.

2. Minutes from the 2004 Annual meeting were read. Motion made to accept the minutes by Joe Able. A second was given by George Kirkpatrick. Motion unanimously carried.

3. The 2004 Audit was presented to the public. Questions were asked by George Kirkpatrick as to how much we tax money do we lose to annexation. Russ Hovde asked how we can determine the status of where we stand for the 2005 year we are currently in. A motion to approve the audit was made by Joe Able. The second was given by Russ Hovde. Motion was unanimously carried.

4. George Kirkpatrick motioned that we reaffirm that the Board be granted Village Powers. Bill Martin seconded the motion. Motion was 17-0 in favor of the Board having Village Powers.

5. Bill Pearce gave the list of roads in need of repair. They were:

North Lake Shore Drive North Walworth Road North Walworth Road west end to O / Lakeville road Shoulder pull up on Six Corners Road Six Corners Road by Kikkoman Beloit road Lakeville Road to Alden Road Town of Walworth parking lot

There are 13 projects at this point.

Betty Hovde asked Bill about paint on North Shore Drive on curves. Bob Stevenson asked about white posts on North Shore Road being replaced and speed limit signs.

6. Ruth Ann VanDeBogart would like to motion that we advise our current board to vote for an ordinance creating a 5 member board in 2006. Mr. Hovde seconded the motion. Discussion ensued. Ballots were passed out. 16 voted in favor for a 5 member board and 7 voted against. Motion passed.

7. Chubba Keller motioned that we have one police officer for the Town of Walworth. Ruth VanDeBogart seconded the motion. Discussion ensued. Ballots were distributed. 6 voted in favor, 18 against. Motion failed.

8. Bob Voss motioned to adjourn. 2nd made by Joe Abel. Motion passed. Meeting adjourned at 8:10.
