Plan Commission Meeting June 4, 2007 @ 7:00 p.m. APPROVED MINUTES Regular Monthly meeting Chairperson, Diane Voss, called the meeting to order @ 7:00 P.M. Roll call - Bill Martin, Bob Reese, Diane Voss and Marie Baker - present; Joe Abell arrived at 7:25 P.M. Amend Agenda, if necessary - No Amendments Approve Minutes from May 1, 2007 meeting - Bill made a motion to approve proposed Minutes as presented, Marie seconded, Carried 4-0 Old Business: Robert Clemen regarding Covered Bridges Subdivision - Robert Clemen handed out his Letter of Application to Rezone 140 acres Dated June 4, 2007 and explained the Application and answered questions. He also handed out a letter and attachments from T. Huemann Well & Pump, Inc., regarding the Hydrology concerns and explained the contents and answered questions. Mr. Clemen indicated he would be posting rezone signs soon. The matter will be put on the July Agenda for discussion and possible consideration. New Business: Alliant Energy regarding permit application for proposed electrical lines) substation on Brick Church road to Brick School Road, Hwy 14 and County O - No one was present. Marie stated a desire to not have the wires cross all over Brick School Road and to have the poles on the West side of Brick School Road after the Smith property - Hwy 14 and at the edges of property owned by Michael and Marie Baker because there only are two oaks on the west side and a cross over the road could eliminate a huge part of one of the oaks that cascades over the road. Members agreed to request a meeting with Steve Dilley to go over exactly where the poles would be placed. A meeting would be set up after the regular Town Board Meeting to include Town Board Members. Next meeting will be Monday, July 9, 2007 @ 7:00 P.M. Miscellaneous: Diane advised members about open Meeting Laws and Walking Quorums.
