PROPOSED MINUTES Regular Monthly meeting

Chairperson, Diane Voss, called the meeting to order @ 7:00 P.M.

Roll call - Bill Martin, Bob Reese, Joe Abell, Diane Voss and Marie Baker - All Present Amend Agenda, if necessary - Diane indicated Kynell should be an “Amended” Conditional Use. Approve Minutes from June 4, 2007 meeting and June 27, 2007 special meeting Joe made a motion to approve minutes as submitted, Bill seconded, Carried 5-0. New Business: - Barbara Ingalls by Attorney Steve Wassel - Rezone request of some Airfield land from P-2 to A-1 (W7145 Beloit Road) Bill made a motion to approve Rezone as presented, Marie seconded, Carried 5-0. - Angie Kynell - Amended Conditional Use for additional building (N363 Hwy 14) Kevin Kynell was present and gave presentation and answered questions. Joe made a motion to approve Amendment for Conditional Use, Bill seconded, Carried 5-0. - Tom Kauer - Conditional Use request for purpose of expansion (N2150 Six Corners Road) Tom Kauer gave a presentation and answered questions. Tom will get report from the State to the Plan Commission for review and he will post Conditional Use signs. Glen Feltham had concerns with manure runoff - Tom indicated he is in compliance. Bill made a motion to table the matter, Bob seconded, Carried 5-0. Old Business: - Bob Clemen - Further discussion and possible recommendation regarding Covered Bridges Development Plan (140 acres - County O and North Walworth School Road) Marie made a motion to not approve the rezone because it is too dense, Bob seconded, Carried 3-2 - Marie, Bob and Diane voted yes and Bill and Joe voted no. - Alliant Energy regarding permit application for proposed electrical lines (substation on Brick Church Road to Brick School Road, Hwy 14 and County O) Marie made a motion to approve Alliant’s proposed electrical lines as indicated in Minutes for June 27th Special Meeting, Joe seconded, Carried 5-0 Miscellaneous: Joe offered to the Plan Commission to attend a seminar on July 13th seminar in Stoughton Next Meeting: August 6, 2007 @ 7:00 p.m. Adjournment: Bill made motion to adjourn, Marie seconded, Carried 5-0 Respectfully submitted, Marie Baker, Secretary
