PROPOSED MINUTES: Joe Abell called the meeting to order @ 7:00 P.M. Roll call - Bill Martin, Joe Abell, Bob Reese-present, Marie Baker and Steve Santeler-absent

Meeting was held Tuesday, November 6, 2007 because the date was wrong on the Posted Agenda. Amend Agenda, if necessary - No amendments

Joe Abell appointed Bill Martin as Chairperson and Bill Martin nominated Marie Baker as Vice Chair and Secretary

Plan Commission meetings will be held on the first Monday of each Month @ 7:00 P.M.

New Business: None

Miscellaneous: The following items may be brought before the Plan Commission again: DeLuca rezone Covered Bridges w/final plat Hillside private road matter

How to deliver paperwork to Plan Commission members was discussed - Bill suggested a box be put somewhere for members to pick up information before meetings. Joe will check on getting keys to Plan Commission members.
