Chairperson Bill Martin called the public hearing to order @ 6:30 P.M. Roll call: Steve - absent, Bob, Joe, Bill, Marie - present The Agenda was posted properly APPROVE MINUTES FROM March 2, 2009: Marie made a motion to approve minutes, Joe seconded, carried unanimously 4-0 PUBLIC COMMENTS - None AMEND AGENDA, IF NECESSARY - No Amendments NEW BUSINESS: - Sally H. Wiley request to rezone 24 acres from A-1 & A-5 to A-2 & C-1 and conditional use permit to build and operate commercial horse farm at @ 5332 Stateline Road, Walworth, WI. Discussion and possible decision Bill made a motion to approve rezone and conditional use permit, Marie seconded, carried unanimously 4-0 - Review zoning uses and their designation as principal vs. conditional use in the A-4, R-4, B-3 and B-4 zoning districts. Discussion and possible decision Plan commission will just follow county. NEW TOWN HALL FACILITY, DISCUSSION: Bill Pearce and Joe went to M.P.B. Builders, Inc in Ripon Wisconsin. Gavin Dorsch was the man who designed the Alden building. They discussed changes in the building and what it would take to get it certified in Wisconsin. BORDER AGREEMENT DISCUSSION: Joe will look into getting on Village of Walworth May Agenda SMART GROWTH DISCUSSION: Nothing to report FONTANA-WALWORTH FIRE/RESCUE PAID ON PREMISE PROPOSAL DISCUSSION: Nothing MISCELLANEOUS: Need to check terms for PC members - If members are up, Joe would like to reappoint them.
