ROLL CALL- Chairperson Joe Abell, Supervisor Larry Austin, Supervisor Bill Pearce-not present, Treasurer Marisa Nor- not present, Clerk Deanna Swonger-not present, Road Superintendent Mike August-not present.

Larry Austin, Supervisor #1 presented the Fire and EMS Contracts with the Village of Walworth to the Town Board. Discussion and approval were given. Contracts for Fire and EMS Services are available at Town Hall for public review. ADJOURNMENT: Abell/Austin made a MOTION to adjourn meeting at 11:14 A.M. and the MOTION carried without negative vote.
