RESOLUTION 12.01.03 A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE TOWN OF WALWORTH

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Walworth, Walworth County, Wisconsin has determined that it is prudent that the fees be reviewed for cost effectiveness; and

WHEREAS, inequities have been identified and revisions requested to the fee schedule.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Board of the Town of Walworth, that the following fee schedule be approved as defined in the attached schedule and be effective upon passage and posting of this resolution.

Alcohol License Fees

Operator $20.00

Annual Class A Liquor $500.00 Annual Class A Beer $100.00

Annual Dog License Altered $3.00

Annual Unaltered $8.00

Special Certificate Assessments $15.00 Each

NSF checks $25.00 Each

Land Ordinance Book $20.00 Each
