TOWN OF WALWORTH WALWORTH, WISCONSIN COUNTY OF WALWORTH

A resolution changing the 2007 budget of the Town of Walworth, Wisconsin, adopted by a two-thirds majority vote of the entire membership of the TOWN BOARD.

BE IT RESOLVED by the TOWN BOARD of the Town of Walworth as follows:

1.) That the sum of $15,000 is hereby transferred from the New Vehicle (55700) account to the General Fund and Surplus account. 2.) That the sum of $1,915.95 was received as unanticipated revenue from restitution and is hereby transferred to the General Fund and Surplus account. 3.) That the sum of $3,105.00 was received as unanticipated revenue from the sale of Town property and is hereby transferred to the General Fund and Surplus account. 4.) That the sum of $2,851.25 is hereby transferred from the General Fund and Surplus account to the Fire Numbers (54500) account. 5.) That the sum of $15,000.00 is hereby transferred from the General Fund and Surplus account to the Highway & Roads (55100) account. 6.) That the sum of $302.50 is hereby transferred from the General Fund and Surplus account to the Dues & Membership (51400) account.
