A RESOLUTION TO GIVE AUTHORITY TO THE TOWN BOARD TO CONSTRUCT A NEW TOWN HALL FACILITY

Be it resolved that we, the town electors of the Town of Walworth, being duly assembled at the Annual Town Meeting on April 13th, 2010, do hereby authorize the Town Board of the Town of Walworth to construct a new Town Hall facility at a cost not to exceed $_740,000____________, pursuant to sec. 60.10(2)(f) of the Wisconsin Statutes.
